Your order will ship between 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated please check the listing. 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Registered post upon request. International orders are sent via First Class Post (No tracking for international orders unless requested at an extra cost) Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item.

If you have purchased an item as a gift we will be happy to send your gift to the recipient address with a personalised message of your choice. Please state clearly the address that you require.

Clarkes Closet gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return of the shipping

 

Clarkes Closet does not accept cancellations

However please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged;

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

 

All our items are made with lots of love, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find that you are not happy with your order please email us immediately.

We will accept returns on a case by case basis. 

The items must be unworn/unused and in it's original condition.
Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods via PayPal and Etsy.

Shipping costs will not be returned.
