By visiting the Clarkes Closet website (“Site”), www.clarkescloset.co.uk you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, OR ANY POSTED GUIDELINES OR RULES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time by posting such new terms on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.  By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions.

 
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship world wide via London

 

Your order will ship between 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated please check the listing. 

 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Registered post upon request. International orders are sent via First Class Post (No tracking for international orders unless requested at an extra cost) Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item.

If you have purchased an item as a gift we will be happy to send your gift to the recipient address with a personalised message of your choice. Please state clearly the address that you require.

RETURNS POLICY

Clarkes Closet gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return of the shipping.

 

Clarkes Closet does not accept cancellations, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged;

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

Custom, personalised or made to order orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 


All our items are made with lots of love, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find that you are not happy with your order please email us immediately.

We will accept returns on a case by case basis. 


The items must be unworn/unused and in it's original condition.
Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods via PayPal.

Shipping costs will not be returned.

If you place an order, you will have to provide personal information to us. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. We do not store our customer's financial details. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
