TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship world wide via London
Your order will ship between 5-15 working days unless otherwise stated please check the listing. During Covid 19 shipping will be extended to 10-25 working days. Please make sure you order with enough time to receive your items.
Doll Drops are all made to order and ships in 30-45 working days. The Christmas Doll Drop Usually in October will ship within 35-45 working days and will get to you in time for Christmas. If you require your order as a gift please consider shipping times when ordering.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Registered post upon request. International orders are sent via First Class Post (No tracking for international orders unless requested at an extra cost) Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item.
Delivery from shipping is 4-7 working days as per Royal Mail but can take up to 10 working days. International orders can be up tp 15 working days during Covid-19 this can be more.
Please make sure that your shipping address at the time of purchase is correct as Clarkes Closet cannot be held responsible for items being shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you have purchased an item as a gift we will be happy to send your gift to the recipient address with a personalised message of your choice. Please state clearly the address that you require.
Clarkes Closet gladly accepts returns and exchanges on a case by case basis within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return of the shipping.
Clarkes Closet does not accept cancellations, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged;
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
Custom, personalised or made to order orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
All our items are made with lots of love, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find that you are not happy with your order please email us immediately.
We will accept returns on a case by case basis and issue a refund in 5-7 working days.
The items must be unworn/unused and in it's original condition.
Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods via PayPal.
Shipping costs will not be returned.
